Our product development team spent months testing and perfecting the recipe for the Confetti breakfast soft biscuit and met numerous times with the school district to collaborate. It was our goal to create a breakfast offering that students and teachers would love, while at the same time delivering a product made with whole grain and 50% less sodium, fat, and sugar than our Classic style cookies.    

The Confetti Breakfast soft biscuit looks like a cookie, but does not act like one!  Parents and teachers can feel good that students are starting their day with a healthy choice and meeting a whole grain requirement. The Confetti Breakfast soft biscuit has only 12 grams of sugar per 2oz serving; and is a great option for students with egg, dairy and nut sensitivities.
