If you would like to send each gift to a different address, No Problem!! You can allocate each gift to a specific address! Begin entering the first address and allocate the gift. You'll then enter the second address and allocate their gift, and so on.

The website requires a minimum order of 24 for each product because the 10% corporate discount is already included in the price. You won’t be able to add fewer than 24 of any product to your cart.

We recommend using our Corporate Holiday Pre-Order option, which guarantees priority processing and shipping between November 24 and December 12, ensuring your gifts arrive in time for holiday celebrations. If you need delivery on a specific date, we can schedule your order to leave our facility accordingly. However, please note that once the cookies are with the carrier, delivery timing is subject to their control and may vary.

How to Place a Corporate Order

Option One: Order Online

• • Add 24 or more of a single product from the Corporate Gifting category to your cart.

  • A 10% discount is automatically applied.

  • Choose to ship to one address or up to 50 different addresses per transaction.

  • If you have more than 50 addresses, place multiple orders until all recipients are covered.

Option Two: Work with Our Team

• • Email us at corporate@brownbuttercookies.com.

  • Provide a finalized recipient list so we can process your order.

Processing Times

Online Orders (Option One):

• • From October through November 22, please use our Corporate Holiday Pre-Order items.

  • These orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis between November 24 – December 12, guaranteeing shipment during that window.

Team-Assisted Orders (Option Two):

• • Orders begin production once we receive full payment and your final recipient list.

  • Production times depend on order size and seasonal demand.

Shipping & Delivery

• • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Returns & Undeliverable Orders

• • If an address is incorrect or undeliverable, you may provide an updated address.

  • A new batch will be baked, fresh product, and shipping charges will apply.
