All Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookies are made with brown butter. First, we gently brown the butter to create a rich nutty flavor. After hand-rolling each cookie, they are sprinkled with a touch of sea salt as they come out of the oven. They are then sealed by six and packaged into our signature gift box by the dozen.
